ChillSage exclusively provides digital content and services (such as the Ask the Tao mindset tool, guided reflections, Journal articles, etc.). Therefore, our company does not engage in physical shipping and does not charge any shipping or handling fees.

Instant Delivery: Your purchased content will be delivered immediately upon successful payment confirmation. There is no waiting period for shipping.

Delivery Medium: All products and services are delivered digitally via the internet, primarily through your secure ChillSage user account and/or your registered email address.

Access Time: Delivery is instant, and you can access your purchased content on compatible devices anytime, anywhere.

 

3. Access Procedure
Immediately after completing your purchase, you will receive:

Confirmation Email: An email containing your order details, purchase receipt, and a guide on how to access your content.

Account Activation: If you are a new user, the email will guide you to set a password or log in. All purchased materials will be instantly unlocked within your personal ChillSage user interface or application.

If you do not receive a confirmation email or cannot access your digital product within 5 minutes of your purchase, please follow these steps:
